Refund Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

PLEASE NOTE: If the item has been used, exposed to dust, or worn outside, it will NOT be eligible for exchange or refund. Exchange is allowed only ONCE per order.

Return & Exchange Process

1. If you need an exchange or refund, please fill out the form included in your package, repack the item and send it back to us via Pakistan Post Office.
2. The vendor’s return address is provided at the bottom of the warranty form.
3. Returns and exchanges will ONLY be processed if there is a valid issue, such as:
○ Size issue (Will be rechecked upon return)
○ Damaged or torn-off product
○ Manufacturing defects
4. Returns due to dislike or change of mind are NOT accepted.
5. The returned product must be unused and in its original condition as received. 

Refund & Shipping Charges

Delivery is FREE in all cities of Pakistan, but in case of an exchange or refund:
● Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
● A deduction of -350 Rupees will be applied to refund amounts to cover shipping & service costs.
● If the customer requests a refund via Easypaisa or JazzCash, an additional 100 Rupees will be deducted if they do not have a personal Easypaisa or JazzCash account.
● Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned item.

Refund Payment Options

Refunds will be transferred via IBFT (Bank Transfer). If you do not have a bank account and prefer Easypaisa or JazzCash, an extra 100 Rupees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
